The Smith & Wesson 642 Ladysmith is a variation on the Model 42 Centennial Airweight that integrates the time-tested features of the original with modern advancements.

This 642 Ladysmith model has an aluminum alloy frame, stainless steel barrel and cylinder, integral front and fixed rear sights, internal hammer, and a wood grip with finger grooves.
